Allahu akbar! (Allah is Greater!)

God is great!

According to Islamic teachings Allah is so great that he cannot be known in a personal way. He cannot reveal himself in human flesh.

The Quran and Bible: Both are monotheistic, but in radically different ways:
*The Bible shows God to be self-revealing and tri-dimensional.
*The Quran reveals one who is unknowable and one-dimensional.
 
How is the greatness of God revealed?  Look at the words of Jesus Christ in John 3:16: “For God so LOVED the world….”  We see the greatness of God revealed in His perfect and unconditional love for all mankind.  He loves sinners, even while hating their sin; THERE IS NO ONE WHO CAN CLAIM TO BE SINLESS. 

God does not limit His love to only those who follow a particular religion or only those who are righteous.  Our good deeds do not meet the standard of God’s righteousness.  God says that our righteousness is like filthy rags.  If He only loved the righteous, there would be no one for Him to love!

The Scriptures teach that, while we were still God’s enemies due to sin, He sent Jesus Christ to die for us and save us from eternal death.

God is truly great!  His love is SO great!  God invites ALL to receive His free gift of eternal life through Jesus Christ whom He sent as the greatest expression of His love for all mankind.
